Contra Costa County Public Auto Auction gives a 24-hour limited guarantee on vehicles purchased over $4,500 (winning bid). NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN! The guarantee is in effect once the vehicle is driven off our lot. We guarantee an operative transmission, engine and drive train. More specifically, we will rectify the following situations only:

• Transmission slippage
• Engine rod knock
• Drive train noise
•  

Notify us only if one of these three serious circumstances should arise. We want to ensure that the problem is handled immediately. All donation vehicles are sold as is, where is and is not covered under this 24 hour guarantee.

If your vehicle is no longer covered by the manufacturer's warranty, click here for information regarding extended warranties, or ask our staff.

• True odometer statements
• Authentic vehicle titles
• Smog certified vehicles

Contra Costa County Public Auto Auction will not permit salvage/junk vehicles.
